Writing Like a Feminist:  Voice

Written assignments - 60% of final grade

First Essay:  prewriting due September 8, final due September 15 - 20 points

Identities dialogue:  first round: 20 points, second round: 10 points, active listener:  10 points

Adopt-a-book reading log  - due October 9 - 40 points

Facilitation Follow-up essay:   draft due the week of your facilitation, final one week later - 40 points

Manifesto essays:  prospectus due December 5, final project due on exam day - 40 points.

Exams - 20% of final grade

Midterm Exam due October 27 - 100 points

Participation - 20% of final grade

Daily talking points - 20 points

Discussion facilitation - 30 points

Manifesta project  - 10 points

General participation - 20 points

Extra Credit  – 1% per response essay up to 3%
