Bringing to the attention of the audience a subject that is seldom discussed in a "how-to" fashion, the author talks about how she found herself doing every single piece of housework that needed to be done for the proper functioning of a household.   She shows, with humor, what men are really saying when they are trying to avoid housework, but are not explicitly stating so.   The how-to aspect comes in when she assists women in "implementing their politics", with nine pieces of advice, also filled with humor.   The author surely succeeds in her argument, as she introduces a debate takes place in almost every household around the world. -N.T.
