Facilitating a Group

            The step by step directions of this article offer help to the reader in facilitating.   A focus in placed on the group itself, for example, the facilitator should consider every member of the group.   Each guideline step comes with an explanation to its importance.   Also, it gives suggestions to the facilitator, in a simple manner, to be "awake" and stay focused on the group.   If one were to follow these steps, the difficulty will come from knowing the appropriate time to enforce the points of the reading.   Therefore, it may not be advisable to literally follow the steps of the article.  -N.S.
